I have been looking for help with a technical document because I want it to be clear and well organized. While searching online, I came across a technical writing agency. I have never worked with an agency before, so I wanted to ask if anyone here has. Was communication easy? Did they understand what you needed? I would really like honest feedback from real users before making a choice. What should I look out for?
